Add new patch-script command

staeglis requested to merge patch_script into main

In this way, you can test scripts that depend on values from the control file and would otherwise not be filled in correctly with the run-script command.

To test other values, the control file can be changed in advance using the other commands.

The default mode of patch-script can also be used to synchronize the default values of the properties between the control file and the scripts.
